REFUND POLICY

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from your order, contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@milks.io with your order number and photos of the issue.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Returns or refunds for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or personal preference are not accepted.
